One Pot Fettucine Pasta with Colavita Organic EVOO by Masterchef Rohini T.Chawla
Ingredients
Colavita fettuccine pasta
Colavita
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chilli
Flakes
Chopped
Garlic
Italian
Seasoning
Salt to
taste
Sliced Onions
Sliced Mushroom
Sliced Yellow Pepper
Sliced tender stock of Broccoli
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Salt to taste
Cooking Method
Grab a large pot so that your pasta can also fit in
it once we have sautéed the veggies.
In the pot add EVOO and add chilli flakes and
garlic and let the oil get fragrant on slow heat
Add sliced onions and mushrooms and brown them so
they are caramelized
Next, add peppers and broccoli stock and cook till
soft. Add salt to taste and a generous amount of mixed Italian seasoning (say
2-3 tablespoons if cooking the whole pasta packet)
Lastly, add cherry tomatoes and add water till the
brim and let it come to a boil
Add fettuccine to the pot. Give it a few minutes as
it’ll soften and start to shrink and fit into the pot. Cover it and let it
boil. Ensure the pot has enough water to keep the pasta submerged. Keep
checking and stirring. Pasta should be ready in 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves torn up roughly
with hand, add more cherry tomatoes and a generous drizzle of EVOO and enjoy
right away with family ❣️
