Ingredients:-

1/2 cup almond meal.
(Roast
almonds and grind )
1/4
cup ground flax seed
1 tb
spoon chia seed
1/2
tsp baking soda
1/2
tsp Himalayan pink salt
1
tbsp honey
1/2
tsp raw cider vinegar
1
tbsp Colavita organic extra virgin olive oil
4 Eggs
Rosemary chopped.
Sliced
almonds for decoration.

STEPS:-
A. MAKE ALMOND MEAL :-
1. Roast the almonds over medium heat stirring continuously, to prevent the almonds from burning. Remove the pan from the heat source. Let the almonds cool to room temperature.
2. Place the almonds in a food processor.
3. Run the food processor until the almonds are ground to a coarse meal. Do not run the food processor for too long, as the almonds will release oil which converts the almond meal into almond butter.
STEPS TO MAKE ALMOND BREAD :-
In a bowl
1. Add almond meal
2. Ground flaxseed
3. Baking soda
4. Himalayan pink salt
5. Chia seed
6 Rosemary
And mix well.
In another bowl take 4 eggs.
Add organic Colavita Evoo.
Pour honey
And Apple cider vinegar.
Mix well,
Add the dry ingredient mix to the wet ingredient mix.
Grease and line the pan and pour the batter.
Sprinkle with sliced almonds
Bake for 180 degrees for 45 mins
